FOOD RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL
Special Issue - Macromolecules and Secondary Metabolites of Grapevine and Wine
Continuing a succesful partnership, a selected number of manuscripts can be submitted to Food Research International for a regular peer-review process and published in a Virtual Special Issue of the journal. We are therefore planning to prepare a special Macrowine 2020 issue in Food Research International entitled Macromolecules and Secondary Metabolites of Grapevine and Wine: new knowledge and future perspectives.
You are cordially invited to submit manuscripts based on your presentation(s) at the Macrowine 2020 Symposium for possible publication. In this way, you will have the opportunity to disseminate our work in one of the main scientific journals in the area of Food Science and Technology (CiteScore 4.18; IF: 3.579) and a great opportunity for increasing the visibility of your unpublished results.
For those of you who plan to submit research articles from their contribution presented at the conference:
Please remember that you could do it 1st June 2020 and the deadline for submission is 30th November 2020!
- All submissions will go through normal peer review process per journal standard;
- To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important to select VSI/SI: Macrowine 2020 when you reach the Article Type step in the submission process.
Special Issue - Journal OenoOne
In line with the Macrowine 2018 Conference, there is also the possibility to publish full length papers in the open access journal OenoOne.
